What We Do

At this time of year we receive a lot of Christmas cards and our Christmas wishes go out to all of our friends, partners and services users. A massive thanks though must go to our friends at Oakley Adult Opportunity Centre who raised an amazing amount for us and popped it inside their card to us

Our Focus

We help enhance the lives of disabled adults and children, by reducing social isolation and engaging the whole community.
Our objective is to make social and physical activity available to all irrespective of gender, age, race or ability.

Goals Beyond Grass provides powerchair football sessions to schools, colleges and universities. The chance to experience his fast, dynamic team sport is not available anywhere else. Our aim is to raise awareness of the sport and in turn produce more players, coaches and fundraisers for local clubs.

Funding is available from local grant giving organisations for this.

Please contact us for more information or to discuss your specific needs.

Set Up

GBG are able to offer help and support to any individuals or organisations wishing to set up their own, local powerchair football club.

We will apply our 4 stage process to get you up and running in no time at all

1) Identify and engaging local partners

2) Introduction weekend

3) Establish a regular powerchair football club

4) Create and implement a development plan

We want to develop the game and assist in anyway we can - that is why our services include ongoing support. Whether it is advice about fundraising, diversifying into other areas or player of coach development we can help.

Our connections with a number of disability sports give us an understanding of a variety of needs.

as Michael Jordan said

"Obstacles don't have to stop you, if you run into a wall don't turn around and give up.

Figure out how to climb it, go through it or work around it"

These are a few of our most recent projects. Each and every year, we carry out a range of projects across the country, involving people of every age, interest and ability.
